Exercise Classes
Classes are on a "pay as you go" basis, just turn up, they are open to male and female participants over 14 years.
Monday 7.30 - 8.15pm Zumba fitness
Tuesday 6 - 8pm Kickboxing and Karate classes
Wednesday 7.30 - 8.30pm Circuits class
Good for conditioning for all sports or to improve fitness levels.
Saturday 9 - 10am Pilates class improves core stability, strength, balance and flexibility. Start the weekend well.
